1. The Elected Body (Political Wing)

🔹 Grama Panchayat President

The chief executive head and administrator of the Panchayat. The President provides vital leadership to all developmental projects and administrative procedures.

🔹 Vice President

Provides complete support to the President in governance matters. In the absence of the President, the Vice President assumes full administrative responsibilities.

🔹 Grama Panchayat Committee

The core governing council consisting of ward members (elected representatives). It regulates the overall development and administrative policies of the Panchayat.

👥 Standing Committees

Specialized committees formed to manage and control specific domains for better administrative efficiency:

Welfare Standing CommitteeExecutes social security initiatives, welfare schemes, and targets the overall development of marginalized sections.
Other Sub-CommitteesAd-hoc bodies formed to supervise specific localized projects and handle targeted welfare schemes.

2. Administrative Staff (Official Wing)

The team of government officials responsible for executing decisions legally and ensuring seamless operations of the office:

💼 Panchayat Secretary

The chief administrative executive officer of the Panchayat. The Secretary coordinates overall office administration, file approvals, and legal implementations.

💼 Assistant Secretary

Supports the Secretary in administration and office workflows. Serves as the Member Secretary for Kudumbashree, coordinates public welfare programs, and manages Scheduled Caste (SC) development plans.

💼 Junior Superintendent

Supervises day-to-day office operations, tracks file execution, and coordinates among different operational sections. Directly guides and monitors staff performance.

💼 Accountant

Regulates all financial transactions and bookkeeping. Prepares revenue-expenditure data, maintains budgets, processes taxes, and secures financial files.

💼 Senior Clerk

Oversees official records and handles critical administrative procedures. Coordinates desk operations and performs initial evaluations of major files.

💼 Clerk

Handles essential documentation, filing systems, tax collections, public inquiries, and office registers. Manages ward-level administrative services for direct civic access.

💼 Office Attendant

Maintains daily office systems, file transmittals, logistical seating setups, and provides general logistical assistance to the team.

🌾 Grama Sabha (The Core Pillar)

The general body of voters in a ward. It serves as the democratic foundation of the local self-government system where developmental plans, public requirements, and welfare schemes are openly discussed and validated by citizens.
